The account and gambling conditions below concern services supplied by BV Gaming Limited under the Parimatch brand. This page summarises important conditions; it does not replace the operator’s full agreement or the rules shown before a transaction.
The gambling operator and applicable rules

Using the operator’s services or opening an account creates an agreement with BV Gaming Limited. Its contract includes general conditions, offer conditions, withdrawal and maximum payout policies, applicable gaming rules, safer gambling rules and any promotion-specific conditions. Sports betting rules concern sports transactions where applicable. If these documents conflict, the operator’s general conditions take priority to the extent of that conflict.

Who can open an account
The operator requires you to:

Verification and account security

Deposits and payment ownership

Wagers, offers and payout limits
Gambling can lose money. Check the game instructions and transaction details before confirming a wager. Under the operator’s conditions, acceptance, deduction of funds and a unique transaction reference are necessary for a valid transaction, subject to payment clearance and any applicable cancellation rights.
Promotions have their own eligibility and usage conditions. Read these before joining an offer rather than assuming every bonus works in the same way.
Maximum payouts apply even where a displayed win would exceed the relevant limit. The general daily-limit provision excludes gaming jackpots, and payout limits can apply across BV Gaming Limited brands. Errors, interrupted play and suspected prohibited conduct can result in investigation and, where the agreement allows, cancellation of affected transactions or withholding of funds.
Withdrawing an account balance
Cleared real-money funds can be requested subject to payment clearance, satisfactory verification, relevant withdrawal or bonus conditions, and legal or regulatory restrictions. Investigations into technical problems, betting integrity or prohibited conduct may also affect payment under the operator’s agreement.

Complaints about gambling services
BV Gaming Limited’s complaints procedure has three stages: an initial complaint, a requested second-stage review and, if still unresolved, a third-stage escalation after the first two stages are complete.
If the dispute remains unsettled after eight weeks, either party may refer it to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service. The operator supplies the referral number needed for that process. Its terms describe the adjudicator’s resolution as binding on both parties while preserving access to the courts.
